Eager, Inc.

Eager serves primary and secondary educational institutions by amplifying existing technology systems and learning methodologies that schools already use and understand. We are a multi-faceted software platform focused on developing student performance and ambition through mindful reflection, positive reinforcement, and community support.

One of the greatest predictors of success in the classroom is a student’s drive and discipline to put off instant gratification in exchange for long-term goals and rewards. With Eager, we foster a “growth mindset” among all the student’s stakeholders, designed to hone students’ intrinsic motivation, providing them the confidence they need to set their own goals and work towards them.

The software itself is a more intuitive way of examining performance information than the learning management system itself; for students, the focus is not on the grades themselves but goals surrounding them, in various areas customized by the institution, such as attendance, mastery, behavior, participation, and cyber-engagement. Our teacher, parent, and administrator accounts providing a unified interface for rapidly monitoring student progress and identifying struggling students before their problems become critical. With our software, student stakeholders and those who they are responsible for can collaborate around the mutual goal of growth, with no technical distractions.
