GPS tracking of offenders

Abstract

Although this form of supervision for offenders on parole or probation has been in use since the late 1960's, it has not evolved much, nor kept pace with technology. With the advent of IoT, Analytics and Biotech, we seek to massively improve the communication, battery and add transdermal biotech sensors to an offender's wearable device to detect and measure certain chemicals present in their bloodstream to intervene if and when the offenders behavior becomes erratic, resulting in less crime, leading to fewer arrests and better public safety.
