Just Help is a collaborative online food collection platform. By digitizing food collection, we help associations maximize the reach of donors online and guide donors by giving them visibility on the targets of the charity. and the missing items to reach it. All that without adding any additional costs or the need of more volunteers on the charity side.

Who is your customer?

Charities use Just Help for free to organize online food collection campains. Donors buy goods and give an extra donation to Just Help.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

Just Help operates on a very large market. Food collection campaigns are being organized more and more to answer the need of refugees, people living in poverty and victims of natural disasters. Unfortunately, global warming and the refugee crisis are increasing the need of food collection campaigns and the 30 year old methods of public institutions and charities can’t satisfy the need anymore. By connecting charity associations with the right providers Just help can have both a local and International impact empowering people to land a helping hand to persons in need everywhere.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

Personalised donations: Goods donations instead of monetary donations Optimized logistics: Donations are sent at one location at the end of the campaign. Maximized reach: Online donations accessible to everyone
