The Tiny Heights


The Tiny Heights is a community development that consist of homes under 1,000 sqft that can be paid off in 12 years or less. This community will bring affordable alternative housing into the city and usher more young adult into home ownership.

First time homebuyers, young professionals, and downsizer looking to adopt the tiny lifestyle.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

Young adults can't afford home-ownership.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

Unique modern design, key partnerships, & strong educational strategies that help the consumer make the transition from renting to owning. The modern designs take the negative stigma away from tiny houses and give a nice appeal to young professionals. Key partnerships with builders, banks, and the city of Houston will help get more new home buyers in the city. Educating our customers on savings and wealth creation will make the community flourish as a whole and will help stimulate the Houston economy.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

The Tiny Heights team is driven to have a positive social impact here in Houston. Our founder is a passionate millennial who strongly believes in home-ownership as path way to creating wealth. Our team has unique an advantage over others in market because we have clear vision, unique design concepts, and expertise in creating intentional communities.
