My Home Field Advatage

A kids bed shaped as a scale model football stadium.

At My Home Advantage our one of a kind fully developed stadium theme beds are beautiful and made by quality craftsmanship that enhances a kid’s room which will surely entice a child to go to bed earlier and effortlessly, making the parent’s night painless.

All beds will be a youth size which are bigger than toddler beds but smaller than twin beds measuring 33 by 66 inches. They are shaped as a stadium preferably football but not subject only to that sport.

I download a free trail of Sketchup pro and combined mattresses with football stadiums. Eventually creating the final design after many opinions and help from friends and family. By creating this cad model, it allowed me to think of 3D printing it. Rowan University provided me with the resource for that and I used it right away. I have a small-scale 3D printed model done.

The initial day-to-day running of operations will be run by me, the creator of My Home Field Advantage. I have a bachelors in Business Entrepreneurship and Management from Rowan University. I will have three of my friends joining me for this project. John Mauger who just graduated from Widener University with a bachelor’s of Engineering will assist me in prototyping and forming cad models for new stadiums. Andy Carp from Wilmington University with a bachelor’s of Graphic Design will operate all aspects of web, logo, and social media design. He will also run/keep up with social media. Phil Kehoe from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s of Environmental Policy and Journalism will be head of community relations. He will control how the press and media see the product by preparing media kits, press releases, and event planning Also, I will have my brother Yehya Kobeissi, who has four years of experience in sales and marketing at Honda, conduct the marketing and advertising in its entirety for the product in order to show visibility to young kids who will crave to have their favorite team’s stadiums to sleep in. In total our project team will consist of five of us. However, I will still have to wear multiple hats to start by having to do the accounting to increase profit and be present in the office for certain hours to handle day-to-day operations such as handling orders, shipments, invoices, etc. We are all fresh out of college or just about to finish with the eagerness to start this project.
