Who is your customer?
For QBCD cube, we have divided the market into two sectors- 1. Individuals 2.Wholesale Purchasers. Individuals include all the people who would be buying it personally like parents or grandparents for their kids. Wholesale Purchaser includes all the pre-schools and day boarding schools who would be buying it in bulk for their school kids. In wholesale buyers, we’ll focus mostly on school chains across the country. More than 126 million tots are enrolled each year into the pre-schools and lower primary schools. These schools are always in continuous search to incorporate new techniques of learning, to make education more interactive and fun and monitor the progress of their students. Thus, our QBCD Cube fits in all the above three mentioned criteria. QBCD being an educational tool, can be sold in other countries as well. . Parents are more concerned than ever about their kids’ future and are always willing to spend money to give their kids best possible education level. As education is foremost on the Indian parents' mind, they look out for toys which provide educational value through play. According to a survey in India, people having total house income of more than 4 lacs prefer buying educational toys for kids. Also at the target, we have kids suffering from dyslexia or dyspraxia whose motor skills are under-developed and who suffer from learning/understanding disabilities. Indian teachers are still not trained to tackle dyslexic/dyspraxic kids. In India alone, more than 1 million kids suffer from this problem. It is scientifically proven that drastic improvement is possible in dyslexic children if their motor skills and hand-eye coordination are improved, which our Cube intends to. Our Cube aims to identify children with such problems at an initial stage based on their daily progress analysis done when the child uses the Cube.
What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?
Our product QBCD deals with developing motor skills, improving memory, eye hand coordination at the tender ager of children and best thing about it is that it focuses only on teaching and practicing and doesn’t have any other distractions like smartphones. Since a very long time, the responsibility of teaching kids the fundamentals of reading, math, phonics and a lot of other things was completely on the shoulders of their teachers, but now is the high time to introduce the kids to their cube teacher-QBCD. From Alphabet learning at the age of 1 to Class 2 CBSE/ICSE syllabus, QBCD has everything. Thus, QBCD virtually grows with the child as new activities can be uploaded to it as the child grows. Also, our product would help kids suffering from dyslexia or dyspraxia whose motor skills are under-developed and who suffer from learning/understanding disabilities
What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?
This product is unique as it helps correcting the mistakes done by children in their most crucial stage of life in which they develop the most as the cube forces them to choose the correct option. The activity won’t go further until and unless the correct screen has not been chosen. Also, the way it works and looks, it seizes the attention of the people/children and creates an immediate desire to use it. It is affordable and easy to maintain. It is highly attractive, interactive & user-friendly. It makes learning fun. Also, it is probably the only educational tool which helps in developing memory, eye-hand coordination and motor skills and helps in avoiding dyslexia/dyspraxia.
