Who is your customer?
Home owners, businesses, places of worship that use the chain suspended lighting fixture (chandeliers). But the big invisible customer is SAFETY.
What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?
Besides making it easy to perform evert type of maintenance on a chandelier, LSS will reduce the possibility of electrical shock by 100%, and reduce the time spent on a ladder, performing maintenance, by at least 90% Businesses can change chandeliers, almost as quickly as changing a table lamp, for special event.
What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?
A restaurant changes menus to match seasons. And many room décor items are changed. Wouldn't it be nice to change the chandeliers in the back room of a restaurant to crystal ones for a wedding shower. Or have a chandelier to support your favorite team on the game night, and keep the wife happy by changing the fixture back to something elegant for a dinner party the next night? God food and pleasant surroundings go together very well.
Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?
Right now there isn't a market, because people don't realize that a market exists. There isn't anything like this out in the market yet. For one thing, if you take a moment to review the photo images, I have the patent for the idea. But once people realize the they can take the fixtures down quickly and easily, that's exactly what they will do. I've been driving forever. But now that I have a pickup truck with a backup camera, I'll never go back to regular. Just like the backup camera, the LSS connectors are a long time coming.
