Drivedia provides local and time based advertising using car mounted digital displays that can change what is being shown. The advertiser only pays for where and when they want their ads to show up. These ads can be tracked in real time to measure the effectiveness of the campaign.

Who is your customer?

Our customers are the marketing decision maker in Houston based businesses and account holders at advertising agencies.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

This solution addresses the waste of marketing budgets by using archaic ways such as billboards and newspapers because they have no way of tracking their impressions or conversion. Newer ways such as car warps or back mounted taxi ads can be in an area that's on the other side of town from the target audience therefore rendering the ad ineffective. Online forms of advertising have decreased in effectiveness as shown by Google's cost per click going down for the first time in decades. Drivedia's solution merges the best parts of online, the customization and tracking, with the hard to ignore presence of physical advertisements.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

The attributes that make this successful because we have pivoted to this idea through over a hundred customer interviews and we used their feedback to create our solution. Online customization, real time tracking, on a physical medium, and all of the other features were derived from direct customer interviews and fixed their top problems.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

Minh Chau Ha - Computer Engineer/Business I have enough experience with the business side to handle that front while having an engineering background to handle the technical side and assist our programmers and mechanical engineers. Fernando Escutia - Finance/Accounting Handles the money and importing our parts from various locations. Fernando also has 5 years of restaurant experience to give us insight on what restaurants care about. Benson Chu - Lead software Benson has experience working with multiple startups including Core Simulation and Amalga R. He uses his detail oriented mind to produce top of the line code and brings our technology from digital to physical.
