Who is your customer?
The target market includes new homeowners in need of an exterior maintenance service. Primary market includes new homeowners looking for an all-in-one exterior maintenance service. These people would have just recently purchased a property in South Florida costing an upwards of $250,000. Also, customers will on average have lot sizes of half and acre and up with a paved driveway, pool and room for landscaping.
