Campus Consignment

Abstract

An online clothing consignment company, that goes directly to college campuses to source inventory. On campus events will be coordinated by campus ambassadors that attend each school.

Men and women ages 15-30, primarily college students. People who are looking for great fashion at a great price.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

By going directly to college campuses you cut out the work on the comsignor’s end and make the process more simplified.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

Resale is a growing industry, as more and more consumers are looking for ways to shop that are more environmentally friendly. Engaging college students on their campus, through their peers makes the process more desirable and personal.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

All on campus buying events will be coordinated by on campus “ambassadors”. This will allow individual events to be specifically tailored to the campus they are taking place at, and cater directly to the interests of those students.
