Clean 'Em

Abstract

Clean ‘Em is a cleaning service marketplace that insures quality, trust and ease of booking through our intelligent platform.

Our ‘3-click-booking’ system makes booking a recurring clean as easy as 1..2..3. Our bookings take, on average, 75% less time than our competitors because our frictionless platform saves your preferences and accelerates the process for you. At the same time, our Machine Learning database is aggregating all of the psycho and demographics of our users as well as things like (transit time, proximity to cleaners, time to finish cleaning, apartment size) to match client and cleaner efficiently, affordably and automatically.

Our marketplace is made up of selected contract cleaners: we vet, background check and insure all of our candidates thoroughly to make sure we get ambitious, loyal and quality members to make up the Clean ‘Em marketplace. Our cleaners are very important to us and we try to help them by: high wages ($18-$25 an hour), flexible schedules (they decide how many hours/days they want to work every week) and our white label individually personalized solution. To specifically prevent leakage, our white label solution focuses on supporting the cleaners as entrepreneurs who would benefit from having a platform from which they can organize, book and accept all forms of payments from recurring or preferred customers.

Currently in our pipeline, we are developing; a body cam feature where clients can livestream their cleaning or review the video for up to 15 days after the cleaning is finished in case there is any discrepancy or issue and an artificially intelligent receptionist named (P.A.I.R) Polite Artificially Intelligent Receptionist who would make the first time bookings quicker and easier.

Who is your customer?

Our customers are young professionals and dual income home owners who are busy and do not have the time to fully clean their own homes. There is a $20 Million Market in Austin alone and we are starting off with homes but very easily, and do plan to, include SMB's (small to medium businesses) in our portfolio of clients once we have a little more client traction and proof of concept.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

We take-away the tradeoff between an overly expensive and difficult to book traditional cleaning service and the informal/referred cleaner who is not background checked or insured. Our focus is to make cleaning, and eventually all home/office services, accessible and affordable. We have the lowest prices on the market and guarantee satisfaction with every clean or we go back and clean it again. We take the difficulty in finding a trusted cleaner away, and if you still dont trust our vetted cleaners, our bodycam option lets you livestream the clean or refer back to it (for up to 14 days after the clean) if you ever have a dispute about the service.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

Our most important attribute is our cleaners. We focus on having crystal clear lines of communication between our cleaners, our clients and ourselves. We give our cleaners a white label solution/platform from which they can organize, book and process the payments of their recurring clients all in the same place. By doing so, we eliminate the issue of leakage and give benefits to our cleaners that in turn generates more profit for us. If our cleaners are happy, our clients are happy and we are happy.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

We have been conducting research and building out our AI and ML software for over a year now, we officially will launch our platform on September 17th. We have been taking pieces of information from all of our competitors (Handy, MoreHands, Amazon Cleaning Services, Tidy, MaidsApp) and handpicking the parts they were doing well but mostly focusing on what they were failing at. One of the most important critiques of all of these companies was the lack of communication the cleaners had with the company and the hassle of booking a clean.
