Abstract

Our solution is a self monitoring system that controls key biometrics of patients outside the hospital environement and allow to exchange valuable informations about user health status. By only using a wristband, a mobile application and a web plateform. The wristband can be used by visually impaired persons with the option of voice notification, it enhances the ongoing management of patients burdened by obesity who has risk of cardiac-related issues, diabetes and other health disorders. It measures heart

rate, the body movements, temperature, calculates the burned calories, the user’s physical activity level, gives a continuous monitoring of blood oxygen saturation, during normal daily activity or during sleep serving for asthmatic persons and whose suffer apnea. The system attributes an ID to the user and a database that includes the medical history, blood group and allergies to serve doctors to avoid misidentification errors, save time in critical cases and assures the appropriate care. It manages user's database which consists of patient real time measures by the wristband and the medical history: to analyze, identify crises, estimate future health problems and provide an immediate intervention. In critical

circuimstances, it sends automatic alerts to the doctor, the nearest UAS local and a help request also to the nearest user’s group. The mobile application serves reminder of medications, injection for diabetic patients. The plateform include clinical content delivered to patients to support patient education, offer lifestyle guidance tailored to disease management groups.

Who is your customer?

People whose suffering cardio_vascular disease and diabetes. Even impaired persons can use the system. Our customer segment is determinated by those who are chronically or terminally ill and require regular monitoring. But in other hand, another much larger segment, we call these consumers "Information Seekers". While their conditions are not currently life-threatening, these individuals are seeking some measure of control over a potentially serious health risk or a condition that is difficult to manage. They represent a willing. Also, our solution involves a broad ecosystem of participants, including payers, healthcare providers, governments and non-government organizations (NGOs).

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

People who are at risk of collapsing, heart attack, and stroke are most likely to be found when it's too late. One of causes the lack of patient database and his medical history. Over 250 patients die each day because of misidentification errors. Add to that, not every patient is able to give you a complete and accurate medical history and not every doctor has time to ask about all the things he should. We mention the hampering of the medical intervention by many factors as the diagnostic delay, the absence of health care systems in some remote locations. Compared to those in urban areas, those in rural areas travel 2 to 3 times farther to see a doctor, see fewer specialists, and have worse outcomes.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

Monitoring helps these consumers remain independent and it can literally save lives. We provide the “Triple Aim” metrics: better care for individuals, better health for populations and lower costs for health care overall and broad-based effective healthcare solutions utilizing portfolio of services, sensors and software to deliver the best continuity of care and improve health outcomes while engaging individuals in their care plan . The system provide : *For patients: - Reduce travel costs because it faciliate and help the patient to access to the nearest and recommended specialist regardless of the location. It will collaborate with primary care centers in remote locations. - Improve outcomes: timely patient costs - Boost patient education floundering program and IT consultation from our web plateform and mobile application. * For doctors: - support them to focus on what they do best– patient care and treatment. - help doctors diagnose and treat patients more effectively and efficiently. - Reduce costs related to missed appointement - Avoidance of unnecessary transfer and admission - Extend clinical research.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

I am the Chief Executive CEO of the project and the embedded system developer. Houssem Kaabi is Chef Technology CTO also is network engineer, software developer. Mohamed Saif Eddine is the Chief Marketing, in fact, he is a student in medicine and the Marketing and Communication Support Division Director at Associa-Med Tunisia (association of doctors). Radhia Amri and Omar Bouzourraa are an embedded system engineers. We have also Mohamed Ali Boussoffara is an android developer and Ghada Zakhama is Business Intelligence engineer. We are an enthusiast team with different backgrounds and prespectives and this is will be an assesst to succeed.
