Neural Network - Global Real Estate

Abstract

LyfeStyl is the World’s first Artificial Intelligence [AI] Machine learning platform for Global Real Estate and is specifically designed to simplify and accelerate the buying/selling/renting based on user's lifestyle choices. AI personalizes the user experience and based on it's past learning experience starts to create a buying/selling/renting strategy. This AI platform will eventually eliminate all middle tier professionals and commission mongers. This concept was selected as one of the key innovation platforms of 2017 in Boston Startup groups.

The process of purchasing a home and then moving is said to be one of the most emotionally stressful events a person experiences. Our goal in developing Lyfestyl was to create an Artificial Intelligence based ecosystem for buying, selling, renting properties & automated processes for all Real estate transactions(closing, on demand contract management, moving etc). The end goal was to enabling a home buyer or renter to more quickly, effectively, and cost effectively manage their home buying/renting/selling process

Today our Machine learning algorithms (both supervised and unsupervised) have identified key data patterns, attributes & user behaviors (interactions) during the buying, selling, and property renting processes (approx. 3,000,000+ combinations of data models). This knowledge is stored as personalized neural networks which are constantly learning user /data patterns and applying algorithms to help optimize home buying/selling/renting processes. This enables Lyfestyl to create a customized strategy for a property buyer/ renter that predicts the risks and tasks involved in each steps of the decision making process based on similar past recommendations / experiences. The property buyer/ renter experiences this as AI presents a short list of properties that perfectly match their needs, desires, and wants – so no more sifting through pointless hundreds of properties and realtor sponsored listings.

Eventually our Machine learning process will continue to gain intelligence enabling users to close all real estate transactions (buying, selling, renting) by using AI instead of a realtor/broker which will cut the cost associated with home buying by close to 50%

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

AI streamlines the buying/selling/renting process by creating a unique strategy based on the individual interactions/lifestyle choices of the buyer/ renter and real-estate professional. LyfeStyl also doesn't overwhelm the users by providing irrelevant data and documents sets. Instead it creates milestones and check points throughout the process ensuring the right activity is completed at the right time, real-time tracking progress, providing a visual ability to track the buying journey, and facilitating a virtual network of all those involved – including family and friends. Lyfestyl’s neural networks continuously learn throughout the process helping its users to follow an efficient and successful process instead of handle random series of tasks and mismanaged data. AI system doesn't stop after the deal is closed. Using the intelligence gained through the buying process, it starts to provide an AI based virtual view of the buyer’s neighborhood. Using the data gathered during the buying process it helps map the local area, matching business and activities with the buyer. It doesn’t stop there; the virtual neighborhood app follows the home owner wherever they go, using geo location to map their current location, wherever that may be, with their preferences. When the buyer is ready to move again, AI is ready to instantly match them with their perfect home

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

Starting with focusing on the buyer and real-estate professionals in mind, and not the need to sell real-estate like many other platforms, the Lyfestyl team of industry recognized and award winning engineers, were able to identify the real pain points associated with the real-estate transaction processes. From ideation to launching the product, we worked directly with real buyers/sellers/renters/professionals both on an individual basis and through focus groups to gather vital information relating to the current real-estate process, identifying ways in which it could be dramatically improved – something no one else has effectively managed to do. This helped us build a system that directly caters to a user’s ongoing needs – both the home buyer and real-estate professional Using an agile (iterative) development model we identified our product testers very early in the process, quickly sharing prototypes with them for their feedback & incorporating relevant changes to improve UX. By developing, failing quickly, course correcting, and redeploying we have been able to build an AI real-estate ecosystem like no other on the market today Advantage Our highly skilled team with a mix of both offshore and onshore professionals, all with a deep knowledge of creating AI based software gives us an advantage over our all of our competitors. Each member of the technical leadership team have launched their own software’s and applications, their past experiences help eliminate risk during design, development, and product launch. Our agile approach enabled us to quickly develop and bring early stage concepts forward for evaluation. This approach helped us dramatically reduce development cost and focus investment towards the right areas of product development.
