Who is your customer?

Initial market survey in Medical, Dental, Car sales and services, Apartments, Salons, Schools and other retail domains where there is tremendous interest in Notifi App.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

a. Today businesses are struggling to cut down on No Shows from customers/patients, causing revenue loss and bad customer experience. whereas 98% of the customers own Smart phones, businesses are still reaching out to customers via costly and age old methods involving huge manual labor. Notifi solves these problems all at one go. Notifi app (Notification App As a Service) businesses a cost effective, unique platform to communicate with their customers with automated reminders and confirmations without any manual intervention, while providing real-time status updates. b. Businesses don’t have to spend time, money and labor developing or maintaining their own mobile apps, even if they do they still leverage our platform. c. Businesses spend time and money in building promotions to engage and drive customer back to their office/shop. Notifi gives reliable channel to delivery personalized updates or coupons, with real-time updates on the impressions. d. Business can deliver and track any updates to customers like recalls, surveys, delivery confirmations to name a few. e. Most important aspect is that customers don’t have to download app for every business and they can receive, respond and track all notifications in one place.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

Today for every business in order to leverage notifications on smart phones they have to build their own app and have users download and subscriber or they have to go with more conventional formats of call and remind customers (labor intensive process), IVR, send text messages(which is costly), all these are unidirectional and won’t have confirmation until customer responds. but our service can provide real-time updates when notification is delivered, user views, confirmations or request to rescheduling. Most importantly Customer don't have to worry about syncing up their calendars on phones or miss important notices regarding a service.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

We have experience building some industry leading products in fortune 100 companies and worked in Big 5 services companies and have strong grasp of how products sell and grow in the market. we have designed and developed this product on Cloud platform and in collaboration with different complimentary businesses across the globe. We have built this product from concept to operational platform in 3 months, that can scale and integrate via APIs with any practice management solutions.
