Abstract

For the past few years we have been witnessing fast growth in the online marketing and e-business sphere where many innovative companies allowed consumers and businesses to interact through the Internet. These companies that offered online shopping and marketing made millions of dollars with just few employees, physical stores and no money spend on standard marketing.

Internet companies like Amazon, Groupon and Alibaba allow many small and medium businesses to compete internationally through digital engagement and advertising. They have the opportunity to sell products and services worldwide without spending money on internationalisation and geographical expenditures.

Many of the digital software solutions provide good options to their clients connecting customers with businesses globally but today's technology shows that there is still big potential for innovation and growth.

Here is where Qpick comes in. The goal of this software application is to develop new innovative solution that will bring two user groups together in one common place, producers / service providers from one side and consumers from the other side.

This software solution allows this two groups to interact using GPS Mapping, User Targeting and Shopping tools with simple but yet modern features that will give the opportunity vendors to promote their products and services on different locations, allowing them to target customers, promote their products and services, launching campaigns and offer discounts to attract clients in desired time and location using WEB Application.

On the other side we have the consumers / customers that are interested in promotions, single and group discounts, allowing them to set the locations and interests they would be mostly interested in. The primary goal of this application is to bring vendors and consumers closer to each other, to bring the online marketing to a different level and to create digital market for shopping.

Bringing innovative solution like this to live requires high technical knowledge and with our team of tech specialists we plan to develop this software in the most modern and smart way that will make this application competitive, scalable and optimised to high user experience. In order to know how we are guiding this software we have divided it into few segments for each target group including the administrators and the partners of this platform. Additionally in this short specification we present each module and features divided by technologies. What is it for? Cross platform software solution that connects vendors and consumers while allowing enterprises resource management and data insights for corporations. How does it works? Online tools with simple registration that pins the point of the consumers and points the location to different vendors, allowing them to interact through mobile and web apps. Why is it needed? Many of the e-commerce and marketing tools are using the old traditional ways of online and email marketing missing out on the opportunities offered by the latest technologies like GPS tracking, augmented reality and mobile marketing. Who is it aimed at? 1. Consumers: People in a need of the products / services 2. Vendors: Producers / Service Providers trying to attract and rеаch as much as possible and more specific consumers and influenced them in purchasing decision. 3. Enterprises: Companies like malls and supermarkets that manage multiple vendors, products and locations The main innovation is focused in changing the way people interact with the general advertising through flyers, shop window and stands. Innovative Modules: 1. Digital solutions for shop windows through GPS and push notification when a user is nearby alert pushes and alerts on promotions. 2. Digital solution for flyers where vendors instead of printing flyers they push digital designs to desired and precise target consumers. Users interact with flyers through swiper module. 3. Digital solution for marketing stands where vendors have the option to digitally place stands on map and alert the app users for discounts and promotions using GPS tools.

We are building an application that will disrupt the print advertisement industry, users to get the best deals and shop smart, allow vendors to target and estimate instead of gestimate with printed flyers and at the same time we are saving the environment. The less money goes to print advertisement, the more we save the environment and this approach will make us money and help you advertise smart.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

The competitive world of eCommerce and marketing remains a loyal reality for online retailers. When considering the growth rate of emerging markets, it’s not difficult to understand just how much global competition there is for the fickle and price-conscious online customer. Thanks to price comparison engines and other price aggregators, today’s consumers have access to international options, which means online retailers across the globe must retain competitive and innovate which seems not to be the case at this point. Instead using new technologies for customer satisfaction and improvement of the shopping process companies focus on head to head fight for the market. Our analysis of the existing markets starts by dividing it on two main segments: national and global. In this moment, we have no direct competitors on national level. Indirect competitors are shown below. They do operate in the retail industry but do not offer complete data insights to vendors and innovative shopping experience to their users. Internationally, QPick will use its advantages to position between the giants of the retail and e-commerce industry.
