What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

The problems that we are trying to address are: 1. The lack of digital literacy among waste-entrepreneurs (khaalisisi friends) 2. The huge gap between waste-sellers and waste-entrepreneurs. 3. The absence of data on recyclable waste. 4. The absence of recycling culture in Nepal.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

Technology will play a huge role - making it as simpler and convenient for waste-sellers and waste-entrepreneurs to use. Also culture will be important since recycling is still a new concept to people in Nepal.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

The co-founders come from diverse backgrounds. I come from a management background with BBA in management. I look after the business operations and marketing. My other co-founder is a really good illustrator and designer. His designs have been making rounds in social media for the messages we have to share. And the other co-founder comes from a tech background with hardcore coding skills. He's been building the website from the very scratch. We have passionate group of interns from diverse fields including environment engineers, art school graduates, marketing students.
