Who is your customer?
-People who want a video of them, for any reason including: Action Sports, Highlight Reels, Family Gatherings, Parties, Music Videos, Vacations, Proposals, School Projects, Vlogs, or Commercials.
-Any of these things can be done in a relatively short amount of time, so people who want something within a short amount of time, but don't have the time themselves would want to take advantage of this for a relatively low price.
What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?
-There is no videographer for the common man. People do amazing things they would want to remember through a video everyday, but busy people don’t have time to take care of the whole video process.
-Videography would be better if their was a way to have videos of regular people filmed, edited, and produced with little hassle for them. It is time consuming and could be taken care of by someone with skill in the field.
-Video equipment, editing equipment, and production can be expensive.
-Wedding photographers and videographers only specialize in one type of video, and people have little time in their days to put in the time and effort needed to make a quality video.
What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?
My company will help normal people who want a video made for them about something amazing they do or something they want to remember become easy and affordable. I am fast, easy to work with, and can help influence the project idea to become better in the end. I believe that people who really want something special made for them and their friends and family to remember will want to do this. I just want people to smile and be happy with what I made for them.
Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?
-Continuing to work on projects and looking for new opportunities
-Created a website and video profiles on Youtube and Vimeo.
-Started to draw attention to the company by placing printed ads on community bulletin boards.
-Talked to influencers (athletes, companies, and normal people who want videos)
-Placed ads on local selling sites such as KSL and the Herriman Yard sale Facebook page as well as other social media accounts.
