Renters, landlords, and those who seek access to the historic rental history of properties individuals and companies.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

I want to eliminate traditional rental applications and move the market to a smarter database that saves everyone money and time.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

People don't like filling out rental applications multiple times from many sources in many formats and having to pay multiple application fees, it is more convenient to have a resume based rental marketplace where all the information you need is located centrally--like LinkedIn. Additionally, a certain market of landlords doesn't use a rental database that could help them make better business decisions and select the best renters in their market. CRENTIT solves common problems for both parties and provides a smarter and more affordable platform for everyone to use.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

Our team has a unique advantage that Idaho is not saturated with a high number of sophisticated rental companies, by creating a product that appeals to landlords with smaller portfolios we have the ability to fine tune our product and scale up to the national level.
