Who is your customer?

Students - They engage to get knowledge Housewives - They engage out of interest Elderly people - They engage as Jalebi is only medium with localized content Any tentative followers who are highly social and bit of low passion towards games are our customers.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

The key driver of Indian smart phone market volume is proliferation of low cost smart phones amongst urban and rural population. These low cost smart phones need right sized and engageable content for consumption by common Indians. Indian smart phone market doesn't have localized content to cater to this problem.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

1. Localization of the content - Transform traditional social Indian games to digital for the masses 2. Availability of content in native Indian languages - Can help in exploring the latent potential offered by 230 million Indian language internet users in 2016(projected to become 540 million in 2021) 3. Low size of game app - Low cost smartphones are very much short of storage space

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

- Jalebi has already established itself as a brand for localized games in India. - With over 10 years of experience in mobile gaming, we have another set of games that could prove the success of localization. - Identify and evaluate various business cases possible with Jalebi and implement them. - Persuade students to use Jalebi as a defacto quizing platform
