What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

Getting inside the customer's mind and heart to understand their preferences has always been marketers' major pain. Although the detailed customer data analysis enables marketers to get a good glimpse of the customer's behaviours and habits, the next field of discovery for marketers is to know the future behaviour of their customers, even before they do. Today, marketing technologies are evolving towards a new dimension where today's marketer, being able to accurately predict each visitor's future behaviour and auto-segment audiences based on predictive variables such as likelihood to purchase, customer lifecycle status and customer value, can accurately target various groups to deliver hyper-relevant personalizations. 1. Our product helps marketers optimize marketing and ad spend besides increasing conversions and revenue; 2.
