Online Price Comparison

Abstract

The primary field of business will be in providing consumers a comparison engine to help them better navigate complex industry verticals via online & mobile.

The services will be free to use by the consumer and provide completely impartial results tailored by the input selection of the customer.

Wizzbiz will be paid by the companies as an affiliate partner for any purchased made by the consumer. However, this commission will not alter the results (higher paying business will not be ranked higher because they pay more).

The 1st service to launch will be aimed at helping people get better deals for TV (TVWIZZ.COM) by allowing them to choose the channels they watch and then our algorithm will match the selections to available TV provider’s packages.

Other services will be launched aimed at Internet, Cellular, Auto Insurance and Credit Cards after.

Wizzbiz LLC is the parent company with TVWizz.com, Fiberwizz.com, insurewizz.com etc. as the range brands under the Wizzbiz umbrella.

Who is your customer?

People in the USA who watch TV and feel they are paying too much for cable.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

The market for TV in the US is currently changing. New consumer attitudes are starting to question the cost of services especially services of which they consume only 10% of what you purchase. The cable cord cutting movement is gaining traction and more alternate TV providers are joining the market each year. Currently the main players are Sling TV, Hulu Live, Fubo, PlayStation Vue with streaming companies such as Netflix & Amazon poised to add live TV soon. People are overpaying for their TV every month which also includes the cost of leasing set-top boxes. The FCC are considering why the cost of cable set-top boxes has risen by 185% yet computers and cellphones have reduced by 90% despite the extra technology that goes into them. Top cable packages cost more than $200 a month with the 2016 average hitting $103 per month. Most of the 20 most commonly watched channels can be found in packages for as little as $30 a month and HDMI streaming dongles can be purchased for $40. Meaning over $8b could be saved per year by consumers from disrupting the cable industry. TVWizz will be ideally positioned to be at the front of the attitude switch by championing consumers and helping them match the channels they need to the TV providers & technology needed.
