We have developed a medicine designed to treat the effects of diabetic retinopathy. Our treatment is in the form of an eyedrops.

Additional Questions

Who is your customer?

Those effected by diabetic retinopathy, ophthalmologists, and pharmacies are our customers.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

Our product is a more convenient and less invasive form of treatment than laser eye surgery or an injection.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

The eyedrops form makes our product a high quality product. People would rather apply an eyedrop than have laser eye surgery done or them or an injection.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

We will develop the product, complete clinical trials that will lead approval from the FDA as an eyedrop, and license the IP to a big pharmaceutical company and gain royalties. Our plan for the eyedrops is to license the eye drops to a large pharmaceutical company through personal selling. They will be in charge of the marketing and distribution of the product when they obtain the IP Our product has already been patented and we need the necessary funding to be able to continue and improve upon our product.
