Bizbee

Abstract

Bizbee is a subscription based SaaS platform for process automation of Small, Medium and Enterprise customers through the well defined built-in workflows.

Its a single platform for the complete echo-system - end users, corporate clients, customer staff, suppliers, delivery teams. Everybody accessing/update the live and latest information, and collaborate each other through various communication channels to meet the time lines/estimations set across in the SLA.

Bizbee comes with 100+ default workflows covering 10 different industries with all their day to day common pain points. Just like apps in android store, Bizbee has all the pain points as workflow apps available for customer to install and use it.

If customer don't find any process app, (s)he can create using the 3 simple steps. Gamification is introduced on top of the processes, to encourage the users and in that process collect rich metrics to let the businesses know - whats working out and not? how to proceed with the next plan of action etc.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

SMB customers don’t have a platform to address - visibility, duplicate efforts in paper forms, integration issues, longer automation cycles, timeline tracking, right notification methods, and inter dependency tracking between the parties of echo-system (partners, suppliers, end users, corporate clients, customer's own staff, different departments etc)

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

SMB customers from industries (Manufacturing, Retailing, Packaging, Supply ) can't afford the ERP, and multiple logistic tools to address their day to day problems. Bizbee address all their problems as workflow built-in processes (just like android store) with ease of usability, with rich metrics on - what to do, what not to do, where they good at, and lag at etc.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

Myself and my cofounder initially went to 200+ customers in Hyderabad to bring small automation into their environment. We got around 500+ pain points from them. We consolidated them into 90+ different pain points by eliminating the duplicates. We decided we can't address them as individually, so created a SaaS platform for all the stake holders. Converted all those 90+ pain points into 90+ workfow processes by associating - stake holder, time at each step Went back to all the customers, showed the solution. 100+ customers out of 200 got signed up and using the solution
