Members only have to call a single phone number to have everything scheduled for them on home repairs at a discounted rate. Plans include service on the interior and/or exterior of the home. Ideal for seniors, single parent households, widows, or people who want more convenience in home ownership.

Who is your customer?

Our customers are primarily people 55 and older. We help remove the physical burden of home maintenance. We do service all ages and also rental properties, but our primary market is the 55 and older community.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

As people age, the physical demands of home maintenance become harder. The burden generally falls on family members to help out, or forces seniors to call multiple companies to get repairs done. The other alternative is moving out of their homes to an assistance community. Our service helps remove that burden from family members and provides a single phone number to call. It also helps those aging seniors get all preventative maintenance regularly completed on the home without having to stress and worry about remembering it.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

It provides a convenient alternative to help people remain in their homes. It also helps increase the home's value.
