Coverall Homecare

Abstract

Coverall Homecare is a subscription based monthly home maintenance service. For a monthly rate, members get regular home maintenance provided on their homes or investment properties. Plans are specific to any client's individual needs. Clients also get the convenience of a "one call" solution for any maintenance/repair issues that arise. The service is ideal for all ages and situations, but is especially helpful for seniors who struggle with the small home maintenance demands.

Who is your customer?

We service all types of customers who own or care for homes. We provide stress free maintenance to Homeowners, Landlords and Caretakers. Our services provide a single contact point for home maintenance needs.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

Our service takes away the burden of homeownership maintenance. Whether it is the nightmare process of calling multiple services to get bids for maintenance or the stress of caring for a senior family member who wants to remain at home despite physical demands of homeownership. We provide these people with a single call solution and regular scheduled maintenance to make life convenient and stress free.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

Currently there is not a single affordable service that provides all the regular home maintenance. There are multiple companies that do, but you have to contact each one individually to get the service. We bring all those services together in one affordable plan. We also don't let clients forget about the service, we call and schedule it for them.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

Our business has already been operating since July and is profitable. We have a niche market especially in the senior community. Seniors may not be able to "Google" for home services they need, therefore the burden falls on the family. We make the process simple for family and the senior. With a single call, they can schedule services at a pre set rate and everything is simply added on to a single monthly bill.
