We are a language company with several offerings including language training which we provide to individuals, corporate employees, the US Military and various government agencies. We have taught over 40 languages including Spanish, French, Balochi, Urdu, Pashto, Chinese, Russian and nearly every Arabic dialect. Translation services are nearly equal in revenue. Work includes websites, videos, legal, technical and medical documents Our interpretation services are mostly in the legal field although we also have medical and corporate clients. All translators, interpreters and language instructors are native speakers. Because of our ethnic background and language skills we found a niche for helping companies and government agencies take their mainstream marketing messages and make them resonate within the Hispanic community. We do this through Social Media, focus groups, market research, and video production.

Who is your customer?

Our customer profile is diverse: Language training: government linguists, corporate employees and individuals learning for fun; Translation services: individuals with personal documents, any company doing business overseas or selling to the US Hispanic market, government agencies reaching minorities; Interpretations: lawyers and courts, medical facilities, corporate events; Localization: Companies and government agencies seeking to reach the Hispanic community.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

As you can see the market is nearly any industry, government agency and many individuals. Basically, we can serve anyone with a foreign language need or is looking to gain fluency in English.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

In our area, we are the only private company teaching most world languages. As the global economy grows the need for communicating in other languages is growing. There is also the need for our government to have experts in world languages for security reasons. We have gained expertise in this field and have been recommended to other groups by our government clients. We believe that personalized service is at the forefront of keeping them coming back.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

We like to say "we are big enough to handle your every language need but small enough to still provide personalized service". Other companies may rush translation projects to save time and increase profits but we have 3 sets of eyes go over each project to make sure all is perfect. This may take a bit more time but our customers appreciate that we give them a finished product that doesn't need revision. We only hire qualified native speakers where other companies may have US natives teach or translate documents. You lose the culture aspect when not using native speakers. Technically, the words may be correct but it is not said the way a native would say it, perhaps using colloquialisms or the vernacular.
