Abstract

Jobobo srl is an online community which provides business' a platform to connect colleagues and employers easier, within the occasional provision's sector.

It also serves students or the unemployed a place to look for jobs or employers searching for the right candidates, by offering a large database of professional seeking work. Our expertise in organising and managing large personnel recruiting events, allows us to lead and support our clients in every step of the hiring process.

Our aim is to create a friendly competent environment in which everyone feels comfortable and motivated to fulfil their professional needs

Who is your customer?

Our customer are students in economic need and old unemployed.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

Students and old unemployed face big difficulties in finding jobs to go through their precarious situation. Besides, there are no providers able to ensure continuity in job-searching and to guarantee immediate payment. All this keeping these social groups in economic need regularly. Strangely though, there isn’t a shortage of opportunities, employees for big events with occasional contract are highly required, backwards. The challenge is to let these two worlds (employers and workers) meet efficiently. This challenge is fundamental to give hope to categories at greater risk of poverty and depression, such as old unemployed and students unable to pay their studies. Starting an encountering process between economic and life’s needs could help building a better society, based on stronger foundations and more confident regarding the future.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

Jobobo is both website and smartphone app. Through the platform, recruiter can easily find the candidates they’re looking for and deliver directly job-offers to whom they might choose, above all, they can build teams of worker for events and caterings. We then have a strong connection with university environment, where we established relationships with established university networks. Who has decided to collaborate with us, has found a professional approach to his needs. We believe that work gives dignity, helping people to grow professional and able to engage life’s challenges, thus bringing economic independence. This is the reason why we aim to create a “job community”.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

Shooting down both the job-searching and recruiting costs with the possibilities given by technology: creating a reliable database of serious worker, readily available, giving the opportunity to post job-offers, deliver them to suitable candidates, create team of employees, make multiple recruitments. Using the sharing economy and the instant messaging to speed up payments. Organizing events and job performances easily, through the smartphone’s notifications system. What really stands behind our competitive advantage is experience. Not as entrepreneurs, not as smart-app developers, but as workers. We went through the same path many students are crossing, so we know very well how does it feel like. Most of all, we’ve spent a lot of time wondering how to enhance the way of working while studying in university.
