Wise is a day-to-day clothing subscription rental company. Wise was developed because brands increasingly push towards a ‘see-now-buy-now’ fashion, perpetuating a culture of rapid consumption and disposal. It's expensive for consumers, especially millennials, in terms of money and time to keep up with the latest trends Wise addresses their fashion needs.

We create a style profile for customers who visit the site based on their style preferences gathered from Pinterest and from the items they specify they like on our site. From here customers can choose whether they want to style their own outfits or if they would like a stylist to style their outfits for them. They pick a monthly subscription price based on how many items they want to receive in each Wise box and sign up. They can receive unlimited boxes in a month, free shipping both ways and the first month is free.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

Wise addresses the need customers have to stay fashionable, without the environmental impact and strain on their wallet. It also allows customers to get more out of their shopping experience by eliminating the need to sell old clothes. Wise's target customers like to style their own clothes, but are frustrated with spending money on clothes they wear a few times before they go out of style with the limited amount of money they can earn from selling their clothes to consignment shops.

This is an emerging market with few competitors. Because of this, we can set the product and technology standards in the industry. By creating a phenomenal online subscription clothing rental company, Wise can change how women shop. Wise's product attributes of allowing consumers to style their own outfits, providing fashionable, unique clothing, and implementing great customer service to refine the product to meet customer's needs will contribute to its success.
