What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

There are about 700,000 people with physical disabilities; about 200,000 just children (under 18 yrs old) with mental disorders, who are officially registered as such in Kazakhstan (stat.gov.kz); and more people with special education needs, psychological disorders and others.
Most of our universities are not equipped to handle and educate people with special needs. It is not only studying, for some people it is a problem of physically getting from home to the university. It is either the lack of rampant and other necessary equipment on the streets for people with disabilities or the proximity of their homes to the places of education. Application of distance learning will lead to more educated people in Kazakhstan and lower unemployment rate among people with disabilities. The use of distance learning technology will also open up doors to various high-tech career fields in our country.
