7 of 10 of Indonesian People have dental problems and triggered by relatively expensive treatment. Dental Problems are expensive disease treatment in Indonesia. Whereas, almost 30 million people in Indonesia are poverty. That's way, most of the Indonesian people treat their dental problems to illegal dental practitioners without the proper licenses and formal education. So, patients can’t get the high standard treatment quality and many of them being the victims. In the other side, talking about the dental treatment we should take into account dental students. In 5th and 6th year, they are required to do mandatory treatments to obtain the dentist title. By caring our dental problem to dental students, patients could get affordable treatment cost, up to 80% cheaper than dentists, and high standard treatment quality because they are supervised directly by professional dentists. And this is a legal treatment because this is part of the educational system. However, the dental students have some problems to find right cases patients efficiently and effectively. COASS is the first platform in Indonesia that used to help dental students to get patients with the right cases, right schedule, and help to find treatment funding. COASS is the first win-win solution and innovation in Indonesia that connect them. So, by using COASS, dental students are easier to find patients and patients can get affordable treatment.

Who is your customer?

Our customers are dental students and our customers of customers are patient. Dental students need patients for doing mandatory services to obtain the dentist title or to be a dentist. And patients especially for poor people, they can get the affordable and high standard quality treatment provided by the dental student because this is the part of the educational system.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

We provide a win-win solution for connecting the dental students and patients. Why? Dental students need patients for doing mandatory services to obtain the dentist title or to be a dentist. Most of them are late to complete the process for being a dentist because the problem for finding the patients. In fact, they can give the affordable and high standard quality treatment. We connect them with the patient especially low-middle income people, so patient can get an affordable dental care.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

This idea will be success full because they need each other. Dental students need patients and patients need the affordable and high standard quality treatment provided by the dental student. And in Indonesia, there are 32 schools of dentistry. And a dental student needs to treat minimum 120 cases. So, you can imagine how many people we can help by connecting them.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

We built this platform with a professional team consist of CEO, CMO, CFO, CTO with a web developer, Dentist as our consultant, and head of media as dental health education organizer, we also have the volunteer from all over Indonesia as the graphic designer, video editor, and journalist of our dental health education. Now, we give the free consultation for patient managed by the dentist. And we have cooperated with NGO, Faculty, and also Dental Hospital.
