Educational Language Institute

Abstract

An Educational Language Institute, we want our students to use the language that they learnt here as a weapon to follow their passion and make their dreams come true. Also, we are open to everyone who is willing to learn, regardless of their financial background. We have been trying to offer our course at the cheapest price possible for us. In addition, in the future we will offer scholarships for our courses as well as for other areas.

Who is your customer?

My costumer are people at any age who is willing to learn English are Japanese.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

Many of the educational institutions are quite expensive here in Mongolia. However there are many people who cannot afford that price. So we wanted to offer our courses at the cheapest price possible. Mongolia is country with many nomadic people. Also our aim is to develop e-learning contents as well. So that there will be more access to these nomadic people as well/

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

Nowadays globalisation is increasing and with that many people are willing to learn new languages. With many nomadic people in Mongolia, by creating an e-learning content it can help many Mongolians to learn English. I believe this can be successful because ICT in education is not being exposed that much in the language learning sector. Through this many people can learn at a time that they are available and it can also reach the people who are unavailable to come to the city centre.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

Our team is passionate about education and believes that everyone deserves a good quality of education. We strive to make that happen through our curriculum and price. Now we are just a start up, but when we are more stable, we are also planning to have scholarships for our courses. Not many teams in this market offers scholarships for their own products.
