Entrepreleaders House


Entrepreleaders House is on the verge of releasing its first business book titled :start up the leadership way targeted at young high school students in Africa and more specifically in South Africa.

The book comes along with a syllabus establishing an 30 weeks long mentorship program called GROWTH which aims at maturing wannabe entrepreneurs in intention leaders and entrepreneurs capable of changing their communities by coming up with problem solving business ideas.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

it helps with job creation and helping create a generation of self sustained African leaders

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

For one, there's a practical book coming up based on my personal 8 years experience as an entrepreneur. I have failed more than I have succeeded over the years and I know the struggle of starting up For two, I will myself facilitate the mentoring and consulting sessions with students either at their schools or the office space I plan on renting out soon.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

There are currently tons of books about starting up on the market but fewer are directly targeted at students. The students don't have to buy the book themselves. I am getting and still hunting for companies with a strong focus on entrepreneurship/ education and job creation to partner with me by sponsoring copies of the book for a selected amount of high schools across Cape Town. The book has a syllabus that explains how the mentoring sessions will run and how long it will take. Each student will be rewarded with a certificate to prove that they have actually done the 8 months long program. I believe the key point that makes this initiative stand out is the combination of a in house made material (the book) with the practicality of the sessions with the real author as the main facilitator. At the end of the program, each student must be able to come up with a prototype of their business idea and use it to raise funds to travel to the Netherlands (with the help of a partner) to a different school for two weeks. The trip plays two roles. 1, is to help the students test their idea on the real world since they use to raise funds. 2, the trip helps the students expand their mind to more and new horizons.
