Who is your customer?

ATION has two customers which include foundations and charities. This platform is meant to connect the two organizations in an easier and more cost-effective pattern, so both foundations and charities should be encouraged to use ATION's services. Foundations have a need to better connect to not-for-profits that suit their organizational goals. Not-for-profits have a need to be better connected to foundations that align with their organizational interests. Ultimately, the first thing that both of these users need is a better matchmaking and compatibility service. From that point the ATION platform will also be able to accommodate other needs that will increase the overall efficacy of charity-foundation collaboration.
