Abstract

Schtudy is addressing the sub 30% retention rate of underrepresented minorities in STEM and the $95 billion spent yearly by corporations vying for the few that do make it by creating a pipeline program that pairs students with mentors, takes them through class prep programs and company based projects and finally funneling them into STEM companies.
