Who is your customer?

Our customers are companies who are looking for top female talent. Our niche has been carved in the engineering and technology industries and our current clients include Unilever, Siemens, Arup, Jacobs Engineering. They tend to be multi-national corporations which allow us to work with them across multiple geographies.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

Currently only 11% of engineers and architects are women. The lack of diversity in engineering and tech leads to the exclusion of women in the design and decision making process. Our solution helps companies develop strong female talent pipelines and moves the needle on diversity creating gender parity in the workforce.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

- Highly talented team: Our team is made up of highly talented staff across the world. Our programs are uniquely created by engineers for engineers which enable a deep understanding of the environment for our beneficiaries. Global programs are run by locally empowered and trained teams thereby ensuring cultural acclimatisations and meaningful scaling. - Top-to-tail solution: WomHub and WomEng are unique in that we work across the pipeline from school through to industry, with interventions and offering at every level working toward achieving gender parity - First mover advantage: WomEng has been working for the past 11 years to empower women in engineering, which enables the start-up WomHub to leverage of this experience and best practice as we now scale globally and beyond the engineering industry.

- Impactful and scalable: Our program have been proven to work and are easily scalable across industries, age groups and geographies. - Global client base: WomHub has developed a global client base, currently running programs and interventions in over 13 countries. We have developed local teams to deliver the solution in multiple countries in local languages including English, Spanish and Portuguese. Our broad reach, high quality teams, track record and scale model provides a unique competitive advantage.
