Who is your customer?

European motorcycle owners worldwide.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

My product increases the safety and visibility of motorcycle owners all while providing something that is aesthetically pleasing. The market it currently serves is Triumph, BMW, and soon for Aprilia.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

I currently have two years of experience with over 750 orders that have shipped to customer worldwide. This is a product that customers want. It improve the looks of their motorcycle and increases the safety.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

My current competitors are Greg's Custom Turn Signals, Watsen Turn SIgnals, and Proton Turn Signals. The market currently for Triumph, BMW, and Aprilia is not a saturated market and few competitors are competing in it so it makes it easier to understand who your competitors are, what they offer, and how I can differentiate my product from the competitors. My current advantages are: made to order, fast shipping and quality customer service, they're brighter than any of the competitors currently on the market, incredibly fast turn around time, and an overall good looking product!
