This business would be an application on the phone or computer that would allow teens to gain information on how to function in the real world or in the business place.

Who is your customer?

Our customer is all teens in high school or college that will soon be entering the workplace.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

This product would solve the problem of teens not being prepared for the workplace in and out of college.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

We believe that this product would be successful because there is incentive to use the product from both the consumer and those helping to contribute to the application. This will create a successful interface because both parties benefit: teens gain skills necessary for success in life and in the workplace, and employers gain a more well-educated crowd of young employees eager to do well at their jobs.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

By reaching out to many small and large scale business owners across Utah and eventually the entire nation, we hope that the prominent leaders of these businesses will take time to create virtual lessons or skill-building activities that they believe will help educate the new generation of teens and college students going into the workplace. They would go over how to be a hireable person, how to maintain jobs, how to make sure the young people can move up in whatever field they are interested in, etc.
