What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

A gap in the industry is the lack of social media platforms that focus exclusively on users not needing a mobile phone in the real time to stay connected. Plur Technologies will fill that gap at EDM festivals around the globe by developing an interactive platform that focuses exclusively on kandi trading ravers as our clientele. Our application provides our customers the service of an interactive community building platform. Our platform creates a way for our users to communicate and share their memories with each other via online. Our service is unique by providing our users the ability to create a family tree of people they have made connections with, as well as the ability to see a road map of where their bracelets have been. Our users can also create special groups, made up of people of their choice, that they can share their current location with using GPS, providing their friends with the a map and navigation to find their friends. Our users can also send members of these special groups emergency alerts.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

According to the latest industry research, 32 million people attended at least one music festival in the United States alone. A total of 10% percent of the music festival is already making purchases for premade Kandi bracelets. That means that there are approximately 3.2 million people, who have already shown a desire for similar products in Plur Technologies trade area. Nationwide, approximately 50 percent of people who attended a music festival are in our targeted age group. This means that roughly 14.7 million people are 18 years of age and 25 years of age. The overall objective of Plur Technologies marketing strategy will be to make people aware of our brand by handing out our QR bracelets and to sell them on the Plur Technologies as the best place for them to connect. We plan on doing this by first developing a list of all major Kandi trading festivals and concerts around the world and then secondly making sure that we have teams at each of the major festivals in order to hand our bracelets. The company's points of differentiation are as follows: For other platforms you need a cell phone to connect to others Snapchat uses non cellular devices to link photos but the users linking photos must already be friends We are targeting a very unique market The company's promotional activities will primarily come from social media account activity on social sites such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. As well as having teams go to each of these major festivals to hand out our product.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

A 7 member management team is in place, led by founder Kaytlynne Deardorf, age 22. Kaytlynne started Plur Technologies after personally regretting not be able to connect with fellow raver she at met that weekend after the event due to her phone battery being dead. She has 6 years of additional experience in the industry, not only has professional in this industry but as a raver herself. Plur Technologies has a five-member Board of Directors, a four-member Board of Advisors, and a 8-member Customer Advisory Board. Plur Technologies has been working endlessly for a year now to make our business plan strategic before launching. We recently hosted a rave of college students that had over 1200 people attended and that night when we launched our website we saw over 30,000 views alone with no other marketing done!
