The service is catered to B2C and B2B markets.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

The demand is increasing which is similar air travel concept when it first started.Space travelers will buy the product from travel agency and tour operators possible for space flights, space accommodation (capsule hotel), space food (portable packs and tablets), International Space Station (ISS) visit, space activities, satellite (Moon) and planet (Mars) exploration with rovers. This is an inspiration from Elon Musk who is now conducting space exploration with SpaceX programs. Competitors are travel agents who have start to obtain space tourism activities contacts with Virgin Galactic.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

The demand of space travel is increasing and will be cheaper as well similar to the airline and travel business industry. Business and operations are very similar structure to any travel agencies and tour operators. Marketing and sales so as tourism experiences are part of my skills in the venture. Sourcing and procuring for suppliers including planning itinerary tours. Other than that is checklist of accident and insurances between supplier and company to the customers. Tour inspection needs to be conduct several times for feedback with customers and suppliers.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

To be the first travel agency and tour operator running space tourism operations for people to travel to space using B2B and B2C markets. B2C are directly towards space travelers while B2B is supplying the tours to other travel agents/companies. The resources that I have are experience and expertise of tour operation business from start to the end so as supplier networks of service businesses. Resources that I need are space expertise including insurer, tour handling, administration, accounting and finance experts and supplier networks in space tourism. Partnership may be possible with travel agents in order to continue to develop this plan. Funding is basically private investors and government who are related to tourism.
