Career services organizations at various higher education institutions.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

Increase the effectiveness of career coaches/advisors and improve relationship between students and career coaches/advisors. Many career coaches see so many students that it is tough to keep track of them all. Students are overwhelmed in finding the right career, and could use a more effective tool to navigate career exploration.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

Smoother transition of information between students and career coaches/advisors, greater data visualization leading to more actionable data for career services in helping students find a career. Students will have a more effective tool for building the right skills.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

A clear focus on what is essential to finding a good career and cutting out the things that don't matter. We will strive to have less features than competitors and have an intense focus on helping career services. I have extensive experience working with career services in the past and have a clear understanding of the challenges they are facing.
