Yobs' Artificial Emotional Intelligence (AEI) makes it easy to access the insights you need by capturing traits that affect job performance, at your company, in video, text and audio and delivering the most important insights in talent reports. Through a platform and REST API powered by machine learning, Yobs' compliant and patented technology also learns from employees and candidates to optimize the top of the funnel for every different company.

Who is your customer?

One product two interfaces: The final target clients are enterprises, we sell our products as an assistive tool to HR. We study what drives performance in their companies, we understand what made their best past hires top performers, what made their worst hires low performers and we leverage this data to screen future applicants and assist with talent mobility. we decided to pack our service as a Rest API and offer it to do partnerships with the most relevant staffing agencies and job boards. We are very flexible to integrate with their different services. They usually offer us a premium feature to their thousands of clients. We ask them an upfront fee to cover integration cost, then we do revenue share.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

Lack of science and data behind hiring procedures. Lack of focus on soft skills which have been demonstrated to be key performance drivers. No solutions to interpret and understand the data companies already have. Turnover.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

We experienced the problem in our previous companies. ( Federico developed 2 six digit businesses where hiring was the most important obstacle). Raphael, Federico and Nate have a synergistic combination of skills. Raphael is a product leader with expertise of the business model and technology of AI. Federico is a repeat entrepreneur with a knack for closing deals, he has experience generating over $1M+ ARR in his previous businesses. Nate is an experienced technologist and enterprise architect, with a background in the Israeli Army, Jive Software and as startup CTO. Together with Yobs’ experienced AI team, they equip Yobs’ clients with breakthrough technology. Raphael, Federico and Nate are based in Los Angeles, CA.
