The Internet Finance

Abstract

Our company is a online financial service company who has combined the internet with the financial industry. The services that we provide are loans and investing, in particular bank bills, real estate, crowdfunding, etc. We provide an online platform for both investors and borrowers. We work with other financial institutions such as banks and insurance company. Our business model allows investors to invest with satisfy returns and allows borrowers to borrow loans with acceptable costs. We use overseas' financial products such as products from Lufax to generate a high profit, this will allow us to dominate the industry.

In other terms, our company creates an optimum online platform that uses the P2P or P2B model. We provide loans to customers and allows investors to generate great returns with our financial products.

Who is your customer?

Borrower: Initially, we will focus on the Chinese business and Chinese students' consumptions. Secondly, we will enlarge the business to the Australian company. Investors: The customer in our P2P finance platform initially will be the Chinese students and the Chinese business man. Secondly, we will enlarge the business to the Australian personal investors and Australian companies.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

This platform will help with the investors to get more information of financial product. Also this will help with the borrowers to get the money in a reasonable cost. Target Market: Internet Finance Market.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

The finance industry in Australia is not informational. People is hard to reach the financial product in a efficient way. Besides, the company today has difficulties to get the money from the bank. And we will provide them with the high return for the investors and reasonable cost for the borrowers. Also P2P finance today in China and America has already influenced the habits of the investors and borrowers. Australia is a big finance country. The Internet finance will have great potential.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

Internet has the function of informational. Therefore, all the business idea can be copied in a real soon. The most important thing for successful is community loyalty and executive speed. First year goal is to have 10,000 users mainly focusing on overseas students and the Chinese community and to obtain financial products through negotiation to bankers and brokers. On the other hand, we will strengthen the relationship between social community and economic to stabilize the Chinese Market and oversea students market.   Second year’s goal, we will increase our capital. At the same time we will have an advanced online financial services team to support our second version of our online website. Promoting insurance products (health, motor), real estate and other financial management products (overseas financial products, local financial products, bank bills, etc). We will then have at least 1,000,000 users and with 10 million AUD operating cash flow running on our platform.   In China, the capital premium is high, there are lots of experienced business and internet banking mode. We value past experience, we hope to work our way up steps by steps. At the same time, we are hoping to use the Financial power of China to include Chinese financial product and other types of investment that allows even higher return with controllable risk, and this will be our biggest weapon to the Australian market.   Third year’s goal is to complete our version 2.0 website, and approach into New Zealand, to create a large online financial platform. Number of users will also increased to at least 3,000,000 and our platform operating cash flow will continue to breakout records.   End goal is to be acquitted or participate in the IPO in the USA or China due to high capital premium and allow us to expand larger.   Our future business model is to be a professional online financial platform allows customers to purchase different financial products such as insurance, shares, bank bills, real estate, etc. This will allow customers to solve problems such as borrower wanting to loan or people who are looking for investment. If opportunity occurs in the future, our platform will exploit independent equity shares and allow share equity investment. We will also expand our platform for entrepreneurs and business investors. At the same time, we will form an analysis group processing overseas data to examine Australian customers. Using customers’ habit and investment to suggest suitable financial products for individual investors. The reason being is to decrease operating cost, risk for each investor. Through data processing to form different investment portfolio, to provide customers higher return on their investments.
