Alzheimer is a multidimensional disease, to effectively detect and diagnoses it, you need to take into consideration too many variables and patterns in biomarkers, genetics and brain imaging.

Our team has identified a powerful Epigenetic neurodegenerative mechanism that if detected early, it can be blocked or reversed more effectively than if treated when the on-set of the disease is visible.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

When Alzheimer's Disease signs are visible the disease has been underway causing damages for many years. We are developing a diagnostic prediction for AD, aiming for good accuracy 10 years prior to diagnosis. When an individual has a reliable prediction, actions can be taken, life can be saved.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

Epigenetic Ventures is saving lives thanks to the unique integration of neuroscience clinical decision support system (CDSS) and epigenetic pharmaceutical discovery expertise in overcoming the epidemic of Alzheimer's Disease.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

Epigenetic Ventures team has 3 elements: a) Talent in computer science, machine learning Adj Prof Mascarella b) Talent in neuropharmacology Du Uddin c) A forming collaboration with ADRD FAU Prof Ordonez from FAU Memory Clinic. Plan: Working with FAU Memory Clinic and the other 11 memory center of Florida we will data mine declassified data and create save lives with early diagnosis. We need FAU Tech Runway also to mange the contractual collaboration with FAU and private institutions.
