Gecko - Car Park Management

Abstract

Gecko is going to take advantage of the digital age and create a global, scalable car park management solution. Gecko will function in two different ways. Building managers may use existing accounting or property management software to take and track payments through the building. Gecko will sit in the background and act as a database of who is parking where and when. This is most commonly found when car parks are included in leases and this software will recall where they are parking.

The second function of Gecko is to create an immersive and easy to use platform to sign up individuals to lease out car parks in the building. To reduce unpaid license charges, Gecko will take advantage of a credit card payment gateway which will automatically bill individuals or companies and transfer the funds straight to the building manager or company reducing the time wasted chasing unpaid debts.
