Abstract

Centurion Analytics, LLC is registered as a limited liability corporation within Virginia. Our two founders are Ralph and Latoya Williams. Latoya owns 51% interest in the firm and Ralph owns 49%. No outside investors are involved at this point in time, though there might be an opportunity as the firm grows.

•We are focused on helping our clients build and maintain award winning programs and best in class services for the public good.

•We provide intelligence and business support and advisory services to government and corporate clients nationwide.

•We partner with our clients to develop cost-effective, value-added solutions specific to their business requirements and needs via (1) staff augmentation and (2) training and consulting solutions.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

Federal agencies must contend with an untimely hiring system (6-12+ months) that frustrates Federal hiring managers and disrupts mission success. Budget constraints, downsizing, and hiring freezes hinder federal agencies. Centurion Analytics, LLC will deliver cleared and high quality human capital solutions for government clients; our employees are ready to work on day one. We hire industry professionals with years of experience, training, and education. Our professional services areas are National Security and Business Support.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

Centurion Analytics, LLC operates within a very competitive landscape in regards to professional services for the federal government. However, we feel the biggest alternatives come from small, mid, and large size defense contractors that already have established relationships with federal agencies.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

Our solution is better; and we will focus on responsiveness and inside market perspective as both former military, federal, and contract employees working in national security and intelligence.
