Who is your customer?

Military EXpress has a dual customer base. We provide transportation and logistics of goods and materials for the market. Our other customer base is the Military Veteran and family.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

Recruitment and retention in the trucking industry has a huge impact on the bottom line. Some of the largest trucking firms report a 100% turnover each year. Military EXpress plans to combat that statistic through our generous pay and benefits package and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

When you ask any Veteran what they miss most in the civilian world, to a person they will answer camaraderie and mission first mindset. Military EXpress intends to instill that esprit de corps and loyalty which is missing. We plan to employ only Veterans and be driver-centric.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

Our Veterans are our most important asset. If a Veteran is treated well and paid for their experience, we know that he/she will stay with a Military Express. Our advantage is the Camaraderie Veterans are instilled with from the first day of training till separation, it never leaves us. This relationship does not exist in civilian fabric. The first sea bag we are issued begins our carrier in logistics!
