Additional Questions

Who is your customer?

Tourists from 18+ (especially between 20-50) years old.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

It solves the needs of a tourist when they get to a new town to try the local food. We are #2 on TripAdvisor for Food and Beverages and we also have close 100 reviews with very recent reviews as well. We also have a cooking class that still has room to grow and we have much marketing to do for that class. There are not a lot of options for cooking classes, the ones that exists are much more expensive and farther away from downtown area than us.

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

We can capitalize on the ranking we have on TripAdvisor and the many years it has existed, the longest food tour business in Yangon. We have open-minded, food guides as well that are fun to hang out with.

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

We've got our own website, Facebook page and an instagram account and boosting the posts/pics, trying to get the word out and we have all these resources to bump the business to another level. We are making ourselves known by hotels so we are connecting with them by sending them our business profile. And we are also about to launch our on line booking platform as well.
