EcoMitram is involved in creating and managing hedge portfolios having Renewable Energy Plants as underlying assets, providing affordable energy solutions through RESCO.

We harness Solar Energy for generating Electricity, and generate revenue by selling that electricity at a discounted price.

-Mid to Large segment industries like hospitals, FMCG, textile, hotels, warehouses, automobiles, commercial buildings, toll plazas, and airports having non- domestic and industrial electrical connection. -Home owners and residential societies having a domestic electrical connection. -Institutional and Private Investors for selling Revenue Streams of the Portfolio buildup.

What problem does this idea/product solve or what market need does it serve?

We solve the below listed problems: -Energy demand is growing at a very fast pace, the fossil fuel resources are depleting rapidly -The upfront cost of setting up power plants for renewable energy is very high -Many people do not have access to electricity -Electricity prices are rising at an approximate rate of 5% yearly -Investment not easily available for capacity less than 500kw

What attributes will make this idea/product successful? Why do you believe that those features will create success?

-We are solving the Energy problem, which is of top priority for each country globally. -Our model is developed to reach to every level of society. -We also solve the problem of energy investors by our rating mechanism and developing and managing hedge portfolios of energy projects through BOOT and PPAs

Explain how you (your team) will execute to make this idea/product successful? What gives you (your team) an advantage over others already in the market or new to this market?

Our process of execution is very focussed. Our team comprises of Engineering and Management graduates who understands business and have experience of varied fields like IT, Finance, market Analysis, Electricity sector. Our advisors have relevant accumulated experience of 90+ years in Finance, Energy and marketing field. We differentiate ourselves by approaching the segment where connected load of energy is between 10KW to 500KW and hedge our portfolio by assessing the risk and return ratios through rigorous financial ad technical assessment. We are concentrating overt that segment of electricity consumers who form a large part of economy MSMEs and domestic connection owners. They have to face high prices of electricity and we are providing them a solution to use clean and cheaper electricity without paying anything extra out of their pocket.
